Modern slavery and human trafficking statement
Health Dynamics Consulting Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain. This statement sets out the steps we take, in the spirit of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Introduction
This statement is made voluntarily by Health Dynamics Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 07277716, with its registered office at Metro House, Northgate, Chichester, PO19 1BE. As a small consultancy, we do not meet the £36 million annual turnover threshold that triggers a mandatory statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We publish this statement voluntarily because we work extensively with NHS and public-sector clients who reasonably expect their suppliers to hold themselves to the same standard, and because we believe it is the right thing to do.
Our business
We are a specialist workforce consultancy operating across UK health and social care. We do not manufacture, import or sell physical goods. Our supply chain is short and predominantly UK-based, made up of professional service providers (IT, hosting, accounting, legal, recruitment partners), a small number of technology vendors, and our associate network of senior practitioners who are engaged individually and contracted formally either directly or via our recruitment partner Hunter Healthcare.
Our approach
We consider the risk of modern slavery within our own business to be low, given the professional nature of our services, the seniority of our people and associates, and the transparency of our supply chain. That does not remove our responsibility to be alert, act carefully in how we contract, and require the same discipline of the partners we work with.
Policies. We maintain policies on ethical procurement, whistleblowing and equality, which together create the framework for identifying and addressing risk. All associates and staff are expected to abide by these.
Contracting and due diligence. Where we engage third parties in delivery of an engagement, we contract on terms that require compliance with all relevant law including the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Where our engagement is routed through a procurement framework, we work only with framework partners who publish their own modern slavery statement.
Recruitment. All associate and staff engagements are subject to verification of identity, right to work in the UK, and reference checking. Where associate engagements are contracted through Hunter Healthcare, they are subject to Hunter Healthcare's own onboarding and compliance processes, including modern slavery due diligence.
Awareness. Our senior team is briefed on the indicators of modern slavery and human trafficking so that they are alert to signs in our work with client organisations, supply chain partners and their extended networks.
Our supply chain
Our supply chain principally comprises:
- Professional service providers (IT hosting, cloud software, email and CRM, accounting and legal support).
- Framework and procurement partners including Hunter Healthcare, NHS SCW CSU and Bloom.
- Capability partners including OrgVue and Olovus.
- Our associate network of senior practitioners.
We assess suppliers on their published modern slavery statement (where applicable), their approach to workforce practice and their commercial standing.
What we ask of our partners
We expect all partners and suppliers to:
- Comply with all applicable law including the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
- Publish a modern slavery statement where they meet the £36m turnover threshold.
- Investigate and act on any credible concerns raised within their own supply chain.
- Cooperate with us if a concern is raised that involves work we have jointly delivered.
Raising concerns
Anyone with a concern about modern slavery, human trafficking or exploitation connected to our business or supply chain can raise it directly with us at hello@healthdynamics.co.uk. Concerns can be raised in confidence and, where necessary, anonymously. We commit to investigating any credible concern and to reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.
Approval
This statement is approved by the board of Health Dynamics Consulting Ltd and reviewed annually. It will be updated if there is a material change in our business, our supply chain, or our approach. This version was published in September 2026.
Signed on behalf of the board:
