Target operating models are the vehicle for most significant organisational and functional change in the NHS - from a People function stand-up in a new ICB, to a clinical service model change in a large trust, to an integrated function across a group of organisations. How we work
We are TOM veterans. The consultants we put on TOM engagements have led similar programmes themselves. They know where TOMs typically fail - in transition, in leadership, in the six months after go-live - and design accordingly.
We are unusually careful about the human dimension. Most TOMs fail on people, not process. Our TOM work is closely integrated with our workforce practice - OD, change management, leadership development and consultation - as a matter of course.
