How a joint engagement works
We identify the person. Health Dynamics works with the client to shape the brief, and identifies the right individual from our associate network to fulfil it.
Hunter contracts and pays. The interim is placed and contracted via Hunter Healthcare on the client's preferred framework, billed by timesheet, with Hunter handling compliance, IR35 status and payment.
Health Dynamics oversees. The interim is supported by ongoing Health Dynamics director-level oversight for the duration of the placement - coaching, escalation, and capability transfer at the end.
